Our designated Privacy Officer oversees overall compliance with privacy laws and our internal policies. All staff receive thorough training on privacy practices and follow our established Privacy Management Program.

To provide you with quality care and service, we make every effort to ensure that your personal information is accurate, complete, and up to date. We ask for your support in this process. Please inform us of any changes to your personal information that may affect your health care. Once you have been discharged from our services, we will no longer continue updating your information.
